CLYMER — A traffic-pattern change planned for Monday has been delayed until next month for the bridge carrying Route 286 over Two Lick Creek and the railroad on the east end of Clymer Borough.
Beginning on July 8 the traffic across the bridge will be restricted to a one-lane closure controlled by temporary traffic signals.
The pattern facilitates preservation work on the bridge, including painting, concrete deck repairs and installation of an epoxy surface treatment.
Work on the bridge is expected to be completed before the end of September.
Work on the $1.85 million project is being completed by Thornbury Inc.
