Indiana Garden Club members enjoyed the beauty and variety of each other’s gardens at their last meeting.
The tour also included the Indiana Community Garden located at Mack Park, where the Indiana Garden Club has two edible garden beds for the public to “taste the leaves, but leave the stems.” The club recently won an award from the Garden Club Federation of Pennsylvania for the two beds.
On Monday, the Indiana Garden Club will have its monthly meeting in the “Pizza Oven Garden” at the home of a member. On July 20, the members will be touring the Penn State Arboretum in State College.
The club welcomes new members who find beauty in every season. Membership applications can be found at www.indianagardenclub.com.
