Two arrested after meth lab raid

SOMERSET (AP) — Two men have been jailed after state police said they found a methamphetamine lab in their southwestern Pennsylvania residence.

Troopers from Somerset said Tuesday’s early morning raid grew out of information police obtained in a forgery investigation, which authorities did not detail.

Jordan O’Donnell, 22, and Matthew Bowman, 29, remained in the county jail after being charged with conspiring to manufacture the powerful stimulant and other crimes.

Online court records don’t list attorneys for the men who were arrested and arraigned before dawn and face a preliminary hearing May 9.

Police said they found supplies and equipment needed to make the drug in their home on the Mason-Dixon Highway in Summit Township.
