EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (AP) — Police say three bodies have been found in plastic bags in East Cleveland.

Police Commander Mike Cardilli said a woman’s body was found Friday in a garage and two other bodies were found Saturday — one in a backyard and the other in the basement of a vacant house.

Police did not know the gender of the two bodies found Saturday and did not know the identities of any of the three victims.

Cardilli said a 35-year-old man was arrested after a standoff with police Friday, and is a suspect in all three deaths.

All three are believed to have been killed in the last six to 10 days.
