Access device fraud

Nestor Nshimiyimana, 27, of Indiana, was charged with access device fraud and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds Thursday for stealing someone’s debit card and using it Oct. 7 and 8 at several area ATMs, according to state police at Indiana.


Public drunkenness

Jason Liska, 29, of Apollo, was cited for public drunkenness around 2:40 p.m. Wednesday along North Taylor Avenue, state police at Indiana said.

CLYMER

Disorderly conduct

State police at Indiana are investigating several explosions of unknown devices at numerous locations around 8 p.m. Friday. No injuries or property damage were reported.

A silver four-door car with black wheels was seen fleeing the scene of one of the explosions in the 200 block of Penn Street, according to police.

Criminal mischief

Someone scratched and dented vehicles belonging to Kimberly Fry and Elizabeth Wickens, both of Clymer, on Thursday or Friday at the Hillside Drive Apartments, state police at Indiana reported.

Animal cruelty

Someone killed two goats belonging to Robert Vay Helman Jr., 58, sometime between 4:15 and 10:30 a.m. Thursday in a pasture at 1310 Stable Road, state police at Indiana said. The goats were worth approximately $500, according to police reports.
