October 25, 2013 10:35 AM

APOLLO — Tonight’s high school football game between West Shamokin and host Apollo-Ridge will still be played, school officials announced today, despite an issue with the drinking water that forced several schools to cancel classes.

The game, between teams with identical 5-2 records, is a key WPIAL Class A Eastern Conference game with playoff implications. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m., at Owens Field.
