Benefit dinner to be held for fire victims

The St. Bernard Parish family, Knights of Columbus and Catholic Daughters of the Americas #339 will host a benefit dinner from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the church social hall for Nancy and Ken Robinson who lost their home, all their possessions and the family pet in a fire Oct. 6.

The menu will include chicken cutlets, baked chicken, halupki, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, beverage and dessert. The cost is $10 for adults, $4 for children 7 to 11 and free for children 6 and younger. Tickets will be sold at the door and takeout will be available.
