Joseph Seul, 23, of Nashville, Tenn., was held at the Indiana County Jail after Indiana Borough police detained him at 2:23 a.m. Sunday on suspicion of diving under the influence in the 500 block of Nixon Avenue, investigators reported.
Police at Indiana University of Pennsylvania reported Charles McClintock, 20, of Johnstown, was cited with disorderly conduct when officers found him in possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 8:43 p.m. Nov. 16 on Pratt Drive at Maple Street.
McClintock pleaded guilty to the charge in Indiana District Court and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $173.50.
Bell Township, Jefferson County
State police reported that workers for a lumbering company crossed a client’s property line on Nov. 21 and harvested timber on a neighbor’s land along Route 119 near McCracken Road.
The improperly cut trees belonged to Terry Phillips, of Gig Harbor, Wash., according to police.
No charges have yet been filed.
Derry Township, Westmoreland County
A 44-year-old Latrobe woman told state police that James Bedick, 20, of 1125 Murtha Way, poked her head and pulled her hair at 8:34 a.m. Nov. 20 at his residence. Troopers at Greensburg cited Bedick with a summary count of harassment.
Michael A. Baker, 47, reported to state police Saturday morning that someone stole a riding lawn mower and a stick welder from his property at 414 Schlemmer Road.
Troopers at Kittanning gave no other details.
Plumcreek Township, Armstrong County
Someone broke into Matthew Williamson’s residence at 722 Cherry Run Road between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Nov. 7, according to state police at Kittanning. Troopers did not report whether anything was taken.
