SEEDS OF FAITH CHRISTIAN ACADEMY: Students stage Christmas dramas today
The Seeds of Faith Christian Academy junior high students will be presenting their drama “Christmas Is …” today at 7 p.m. in the Gathering Place at Graystone Church of Indiana.
This is a humorous story about strangers in a small airport who get delayed on Christmas Eve. As they begin to talk and get to know each other, they learn that a certain “someone” does not believe in Christmas.

The senior high drama students will also be presenting several short dramatic pieces as part of their annual Christmas drama. “Shift,” a mini-drama, is centered around a board game played by a trio of siblings each Christmas Eve … and this year, some biblical truths hit home for the first time.
Students will also be performing a reader’s theater version of “The Grouch Who Stole Christmas.” Two students are also working on “Christmas Day,” a lesson that contrasts the view of Christmas from the perspective of a modern American woman and from that of Mary, mother of Jesus.
There are several other surprises through the evening including a news report from a Roman news reporter. The juniors and seniors have been taking leadership in all parts of the dramatic process including set design, stage movement, directing and acting.
Everyone is invited to attend.
