I enjoy both Everett Dembosky’s and McClellan Blair’s articles. When one writes an opinion piece, I wait with anticipation for the other’s reply.
Both are intelligent and passionate about their beliefs and argue well. I would love to see them both in the same room with an important problem to solve. Maybe give them the task of solving our national debt along the lines of Simpson-Bowles or Domenici-Rivlin. Doesn’t Blair-Dembosky have a good ring to it?
I wonder if they could work together to come up with a solution without drawing blood. Or would they be like our current Congress and do nothing.
What do you think, guys? Could you do it?
