This early view of Clymer was taken before 1910.

At the bottom of this picture you can see a walking bridge over Dixon Run flowing down from Dixonville. The dirt road on the right is Route 403 now and Sixth Street.

The large, white-roofed building in the center of this photo was the Clymer Elementary School, originally built by Cherryhill Township in 1906 and sold to Clymer Borough in 1908.

County historian John Busovicki, of Clymer, submitted this photo.  (Submitted photo)
