The New Century Club invites the public to attend a Book Breakfast discussion by Lauri Steffy and Kimberly Young, Indiana Free Library librarians.

The topics of discussion will include the library’s collection, how titles are chosen, how the collection is maintained and the many resources the library has to offer.

Kimberly Young, MLIS, and Lauri Steffy, MLS, have both been reference librarians at Indiana Free Library since 2006. Kim is responsible for purchasing and maintaining the nonfiction and reference collections at the library. Lauri is responsible for purchasing and maintaining the fiction and young adult fiction collects. Both librarians plan and host many programs and book clubs at the library.

The Book Breakfast will take place at 9:15 a.m. March 6 in the dining room at St. Andrew’s Village, 1155 Indian Springs Road, White Township. Reserved, marked parking is available at the end of the parking lot. The cost for nonsubscribers to the series is $5. A continental breakfast, donated by St. Andrew’s, will be served.

All proceeds from these breakfasts benefit the Indiana Free Library.
