Like Natalie Portman, Kristen Bell also transitioned away from veganism whilst she was pregnant, as she felt that she wasn’t getting enough energy from her diet. The actress went vegan in 2012, after watching the documentary ‘Forks Over Knives’, which explores the idea that veganism can prevent and control diseases like cancer and diabetes. However, when Kristen was pregnant with her first daughter she started following just a vegetarian diet again.
