Fishing derby set in Clymer
CLYMER — The 13th annual fishing derby sponsored by the Clymer Moose Lodge will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 28, on Two Lick Creek.

Todd Bird Club slates meeting
ERNEST — The Todd Bird Club will meet at 7 p.m. today in the Blue Spruce Lodge at Blue Spruce County Park.
Wildlife Conservation officer Patrick Snickles will present “The Life History of the Eastern Whip-poor-will.”
Refreshments will be provided. The meeting is open to the public.
Tubmill club to hold turkey hunt
NEW FLORENCE — The Tubmill Trout Club will hold its Top Tom Spring Gobbler Hunt, a statewide contest for turkey hunters.
The registration deadlines are April 19 for youths and April 26 for adults.

Keystone club slates 3-D shoots
ATWOOD —The Keystone Sportsmen Club holds 3-D shoots on Sundays, April 21, May 19, July 21, Aug. 25 and Sept 22.
The September shoot is a Hunt of a Lifetime benefit shoot.

SHELOCTA — The Shelocta Sportsmen’s Club will hold turkey shoots April 7, 21 and 28.
Registration begins at noon.
East Run to hold turkey shoots
MARION CENTER — The East Run Sportsman’s Club will hold turkey shoots each Sunday in April.
Registration begins at noon, and the shoots start at 1 p.m.
Friday shoots set at Rochester Mills
ROCHESTER MILLS — The Rochester Mills Rod and Gun Club will hold turkey shoots every Friday through April 19.
Registration begins at 6 p.m., and the shoots start at 7.
Saltsburg club schedules shoots
SALTSBURG — The Saltsburg Sportsmen’s Club has set its 3-D shoot schedule.
Shoots will be held the first Sunday of each month: April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7 and Aug. 4.
Women shoot free at the May shoot, and youths 16 and under shoot free at the July shoot.
Registration will be held from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. the day of each shoot.
The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for youths. Cubs shoot for free.

Cowboy shoots set at bow and gun club
SHELOCTA — The Indiana Bow and Gun Club will hold cowboy action shoots on April 28, May 19, June 23, July 28, Aug. 25, Sept. 22 and Oct. 27.
Registration is from 9 to 10 a.m. A mandatory safety meeting begins at 10 a.m.
Single Action Shooting Society rules apply. Shooters under 16 must be accomplanied by a parent. No shooters under 12 are allowed. Appropriate dress of the late 1800s is required.

Trout Unlimited to hold stream survey
The Ken Sink Chapter of Trout Unwill hold a stream survey of Little Mahoning Creek of Tuesday, May 14.
The Ken Sink Chapter of Trout Unlimited mission is to conserve and restore the cold-water fisheries in and around Indiana County.
Meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month from October to April at the Indiana Elks on 13th Street. The board meeting begins at 6 p.m. followed by the regular meeting at 7.
