PennDOT to display bridge project plan

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will conduct an open house and plans display to inform the public of the proposed State Route 2013 Wehrum Bridge replacement project in East Wheatfield and Buffington townships.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed project. Representatives of PennDOT will be available to answer questions and receive comments regarding the project.

Anyone with knowledge of historic resources in the project area should attend this meeting.

 The meeting is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the East Wheatfield Township municipal office, 11444 Route 56 Highway East, near Armagh.

The plans display location is Americans with Disabilities Act accessible. Any person requiring special assistance is asked to contact Deborah Casadei, Public Information Officer, at 724-357-2829, at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation prior to the meeting.
