The following area churches will hold Vacation Bible School:

• Black Lick United Methodist Church, 36 Walnut St. “Sonwest Roundup,” from 6:30 to 8 p.m. July 22 to 26. Age 4 and older. Saddle up and explore the exciting Bible stories. Discover God’s ultimate power and His plan of salvation through Jesus, and find the treasure of Jesus’ love. • Blairsville Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, 135 E. Burrell St., Blairsville. “Who Is My Neighbor?,” from 6 to 8:15 p.m. July 29 to Aug. 2. Age 4 through grade 6. • Marion Center Community Vacation Bible School, with the theme “Miraculous Mission,” will be held from 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday at the Presbyterian Church of Marion, 206 High St. The event is free. Come and learn more about Jesus. To register, visit

• Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, Route 22, Blairsville. “Hillbilly Mountain,” from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday through Friday. Hey, ya’ll, come on over yonder for Vacation Bible School with the Henry Puppets. There will be hillbilly games, songs, prizes and Bible lessons.
