Fair entries for the 2019 Indiana County Fair will soon be accepted.
All entries must be pre-entered, except market animals. Entry dates are as follows: July 24 through 27, July 29 through Aug. 3, and Aug. 5 through 7, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There are no Sunday hours.
Entries may be mailed to the fair office or dropped off during entry days listed above.
Entry tags will not be given out at the time of placing entries. Pickup day for tags will be Aug. 16 from noon until 5 p.m. You can also pickup tags on Aug. 23, they day you drop off your entry for judging.
Drop your item or items off at the Indiana County Fair on Friday, Aug. 23, from noon until 7 p.m.
Pickup item(s) on Sunday after the fair from noon until 2 p.m.
Entries may be mailed to Indiana County Fair Association, P.O. Box 357, Indiana, PA 15701.
If you want your entry tags mailed to you, please send a self-addressed postage paid envelope when submitting the entries.
For all non-animal entries exhibitors names must be posted on tags. You can find extra entry blanks on our web page at www.indianacountyfair.com.
Premium checks must be picked up by exhibitors unless other arrangements are made through the Fair Office (tell Ed or Debbie). All checks that are not picked up will be mailed the following week of the fair.
