Leaders of the Indiana Area Collaborative Team reported there were no significant items of concern regarding events at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas on homecoming weekend from Friday at 3 p.m. until Saturday at 7 a.m.

I-ACT officials said in a news release there were no issues at the comedy show involving featured act Larry The Cable Guy at the Kovalchick Convention & Athletic Complex.

Indiana Borough police answered 51 calls for service and made 11 arrests, including three for public drunkenness, two for underage drinking, one for false identification, one for public urination, and one for theft.

They also filed three charges related to an incident of domestic violence (non-student) and six traffic violations, including a DUI.

IUP police made four arrests related to public drunkenness and underage drinking, one arrest for a small amount of drugs/paraphernalia, made seven traffic stops and issued two citations.

State police at Indiana had two DUI incidents that were alcohol related, one DUI that was drug related, one incident involving a small amount of marijuana possession and four for underage drinking.

None of the suspects’ names have been released.
