Classic car fans staged a summer car cruise Saturday on Philadelphia Street, featuring music by Jerry B, door prizes, a 50/50 raffle and more.

In the photos, Ernie Luke, of Kittanning, polished his 1962 Chevy Impala that he restored 15 years ago at Saturday’s Downtown Indiana Car Cruise on Philadelphia Street. His car has been featured in numerous magazines and several television shows, he said.

Stacy Klukan, of Ford City, Gary Shellhammer, of Vandergrift, of Indiana and Loretta and Butch Barber, of Indiana, checked out a 1967 VW Bus owned by Dee Boyer.

Frank Savoia and his son, Stephen Savoia, of Indiana sat in the back of their 1930 Ford Model A Delux Coup. They restored it 20 years ago as a father/son project. Taking their photo is their neighbor, Don Hilliard, of Indiana. (Teri Enciso/Gazette photos)
