CLYMER BOROUGH: Council hires part-time worker for spring, summer
CLYMER — Clymer Borough council on Tuesday hired a part-time worker in anticipation for duties this spring and summer.
Paul Polenik was hired at $8 and will perform work such as mowing, said council member Louis Tate, of the street committee.
In other business, borough Manager Rob Barto announced that a $5,000 grant was awarded by the Rotary Club for installation of a batting cage.
Borough officials will work with the Little League on where to have it installed, he said.
