The arch that will eventually identify the new pedestrian space on North Seventh Street as IRMC Park was erected Thursday by Lias Towing and Crane Service, of Indiana, and workers from M&B Services, of Clarion.

Indiana Regional Medical Center in 2008 purchased the naming rights to the plaza-like space being built as part of the Philadelphia Street corridor revitalization project.

The galvanized and painted steel sign, designed and assembled by Paff Custom Welding of Beaver Falls, will have brick-cased pillars.
