"Harvey" has been keeping a close eye on work being done by Francis J. Palo Inc. at the top of the Vinegar Hill steps in Indiana.

Workers have been putting in footer forms for the landing and steps at the top of the hill.

The wooden likeness of the invisible rabbit in the Jimmy Stewart movie by the same name is owned by Glenn and Shirley Beatty, who live at the top of the hill. The 6-foot-3 Harvey was carved from a tree in the couple’s backyard.
