The Pennsylvania Empowered Expert Residents graduation was held recently at the Crystal Waters Personal Care Home.

The PEER program is an initiative of the Pennsylvania State Long Term Care Ombudsman program, which provides training to residents of long-term care facilities to become resident advocates and focuses on empowering residents and developing partnerships with staff to improve the quality of life and care for all residents.
