S&T Bank promotes two to vice president
S&T Bank has promoted two senior-level employees who are veterans of the banking industry.
• Joseph Imler was named senior vice president of S&T Bank and president of S&T Evergreen Insurance.
Imler is a co-founder of Evergreen Insurance Associates, established in 1980.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Duquesne University and completed the Associate in Risk Management designation in 1996. He is a member of the Insurance Agents & Brokers, Pennsylvania Coal Association and Americans for Balance Energy Choices.
• William Kametz has been appointed executive vice president, deputy chief credit officer.
Kametz has worked with S&T Bank for more than six years, and prior to joining the team, he served as an executive vice president and chief lending officer at VIST Financial Corp., was senior vice president for the Bank of Hanover and served 16 years at Mellon Bank.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Franklin & Marshall College and graduate and undergraduate diplomas from the University of Oklahoma’s National Commercial Lending School.
