Homer-Center tops Blairsville in alumni game
HOMER CITY — Homer-Center shut out Blairsville, 18-0, in USA Alumni football game Saturday night at Memorial Field.
T.J. Roser scored two second-quarter touchdowns on 3-yard runs, and Garrett Sisak connected with Craig Olsen for a 15-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter. The scoring drives covered 20, 40 and 26 yards.
Sisak was named Homer-Center’s most valuable player. He finished with 38 rushing yards on six carries and completed 5 of 12 passes for 60 yards.
Homer-Center outgained Blairsville 223-72. Blairsville managed only 11 yards rushing.
Dom Hoffman was named Blairsville’s most valuable player.
