KENWOOD — Penns Manor blew past United on Friday night in a Heritage Conference football game between teams headed very different directions.

The Comets improved to 4-0 while the Lions went to 0-4.

Penns Manor quarterback Lucas Kowalski scored five touchdowns on just 10 carries. All of his scores came in the first half as the Comets took a 34-0 lead into the break. He ran for 130 yards and went 4 of 8 passing for 49 yards.

Louie Tate and Kyle Krevel ran for touchdowns in the second half for the Comets.

Penns Manor gained 448 total yards while throwing United for minus-2 overall. The Lions gained just two first downs, both late in the game.

David Brothers led United with 18 yards on four carries.
