FEZELL ENTERPRISES 11, S.W. JACK 9: Fezell Enterprises scored 11 runs despite getting only one hit in a win over S.W. Jack in an Indiana County Youth Legion game.

S.W. Jack surrendered 15 walks and four hit batsmen, which supplied more than enough baserunners for the Punxsutawney entry to pull out a win. Fezell scored seven runs in the sixth inning to a wipe out a 8-4 deficit.

“Every walk is like a hit,” S.W. Jack manager Mitch Pacconi said. “I’ve never seen anything like this.”

S.W. Jack pounded out 12 hits. Cole Shaffer went 3-for-4 with a double, and Jake Kelly, Bobby Bell and Chase Kromer stroked two hits apiece.

Dylan Bender picked up the win. He struck out two and walked four.

S.W. Jack (7-2) play host to Derry on Monday. Fezell Enterprises plays at Walbeck Insurance on Wednesday.
