S.W. Jack slugger Zach Schultz drove in the eventual game-winning runs with a two-run homer in the third inning, lifting the Black Sox to a win over Walbeck Insurance at Charlie Hogan Field.

Jason Harrington put S.W. Jack on the board first when he smacked a two-run single in the bottom of the second.

The next inning, Schultz belted a two-run homer to left-center field to make it a 4-0 game.

“He’s got a lot of power,” S.W. Jack coach Mitch Pacconi said. “He hit it opposite field about 340 feet. It was a good, high shot, especially with a wooden bat.”

Cole Shaffer fired a five-hitter to earn the win. Shaffer struck out eight and walked four.

Logan Dellafiora stroked a pair of base hits to lead Walbeck Insurance.

Alex Arone struck out three, walked two and allowed six hits in a complete-game losing effort.
