Kovacik Insurance jumped out to a 4-0 lead and handcuffed Walbeck Insurance to improve to 13-3 with a win at First Commonwealth Field.

Kovacik Insurance added to its one-run first-inning lead by scoring three runs on three hits and a walk in the top of the third inning to make it a 4-0 game. Joseph Faulk hit an RBI single in the rally, and Omar Ward and Josh Daugherty each had RBI sacrifice flies.

Winning pitcher John Fetchko walked none and allowed five hits in three innings. Fetchko and Doug Pollack each ripped two singles.

Logan Dellafiora singled and doubled to lead Walbeck Insurance.

Stephen Novak struck out two, walked four and allowed six hits in a complete-game losing effort.

Both teams play Friday. Kovacik Insurance (13-3) plays host to Indiana Lions and Walbeck Insurance (8-9) travels to Clymer Legion.
