Letter to the Editor: County government's efficiency, ethics lauded
I moved back to Indiana County this year and attended five county commissioner meetings. They were conducted in a smooth, professional manner, and the commissioners don’t appear to have personal agendas. I had to research in order to know who was Republican or Democrat because all three commissioners display a focus of “what’s good for the county.”
Additionally, I use the Hoodlebug Trail and it’s nice to see the trail being maintained and upgraded.
For the past week or so, I’ve been following the installation of fencing north of the Homer City Sheetz. It is nice work being done by the Indiana County Parks & Trails division.
With all the scandals and corruption in other government agencies, it’s nice to see local agencies displaying ethics.
