Alcohol task force to patrol

The Indiana County DUI Task Force has advised motorists that police departments will be conducting sobriety checkpoints and running patrols looking for drunken drivers during August.

The task force said targeted enforcement areas include routes 119 and 22 and secondary roads within municipalities that belong to the task force.

The task force has reminded motorists to wear their seat belts and avoid drinking and driving.
