HARRISBURG (AP) — An 18-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with two suspicious fires in vacant row homes that displaced 18 people, authorities in Harrisburg said.
Police said Alexis Poteat, 18, was arrested on Thursday. They say they are also questioning a second woman.
The first blaze broke out around 12:30 a.m. Monday and the second was reported around 1 a.m. Both fires were ruled arson.
