BLAIRSVILLE DISTRICT COURT DOCKET
Several defendants have been named in criminal charges filed before Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Rega, of Blairsville.
Criminal complaints and affidavits of probable cause are not evidence of guilt in a criminal case. Defendants are entitled to legal representation and have the right to question the witnesses and evidence presented against them during preliminary hearings in the district court and at trials in the county court of common pleas.
• Craig A. Kirkland, 49, Wedges Court Drive, Blairsville, charged May 21 by Blairsville police with DUI on Feb. 17 on North Walnut Street, Blairsville. Kirkland’s BAC was 0.120, according to court documents. The case is still active.
• Harold Lee Filler Jr., 42, McIntyre Road, Homer City, charged May 24 by state police with three counts of DUI and three summary charges at 3:20 a.m. April 13 on McIntyre Avenue, Blairsville.
Court dockets state that Filler had traces of three drugs in his system at the time of arrest. The case is still active.
• Miranda Renee Prebish, 20, of Route 22, Seward, charged May 24 by state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana at 1:35 a.m. May 18 at the Burrell Township Library, Black Lick.
The case is still active.
• Jeremiah Robert Bronson, 22, Second Street, Heilwood, charged May 28 by state police with endangering the welfare of children, DUI, and three summary charges at 11:15 p.m. on May 28 on Tipperary Road, Pine Township. Bronson’s blood test results were not provided by court documents. The case is still active.
