Couple accused of forcing pot on boys
CONNELLSVILLE (AP) — A western Pennsylvania couple have been jailed on charges they forced two boys to smoke marijuana until one passed out and the other vomited.
Kaylee Brinker, 28, of Connellsville, and Kenneth Zyskowski, 43, of Greensburg, face charges including endangering the welfare of children and unlawful restraint of minors.
The boys said the couple forced them to smoke marijuana in the basement of a South Connellsville home on April 11. The boys’ ages aren’t revealed in court documents, and it’s not clear how they know the suspects.
The (Uniontown) Herald-Standard reported Monday that the couple faces a preliminary hearing July 17.
Their public defender didn’t return a phone message Monday.
