Defendants sentenced in court

The following defendants were sentenced by Judges William Martin and Thomas Bianco at hearings on June 30 and July 7 in Indiana County Common Pleas Court:

• Caleb Collier, 20, of Five Points Road, Indiana, was ordered to serve pay $2,388 in fines and court costs and to serve three years of probation for making terroristic threats and obstruction of law enforcement. Three other charges were set aside in a plea agreement.

Collier also was removed from a term of probation being served for a 2013 conviction for receiving stolen property and was removed the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program, where he was placed for a 2012 conviction for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and underage drinking.

• Walter Russell Jr., 28, of Duncansville, Blair County, was assessed $1,276.28 in fines and court costs and was ordered to serve three years of probation for retail theft. Russell was sentenced by online video from State Correctional Institution Chester, where he is serving sentences handed down in Clearfield and Cambria counties.

• Shane Maurer, 22, of Johnstown, Cambria County, was required to pay $997.02 in fines, restitution and court costs and was placed on probation for two years for conspiracy to receiving stolen property. Two other charges were not prosecuted.

• Devin Butler, 22, of Cedar Street, Coral, was removed from the probation without verdict program and was ordered to serve one year of probation for a 2013 conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jeremia Fromme, 23, of Third Street, Ernest, was ordered to pay $758 in fines and costs and to serve one year of probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Cameron Culbertson, 19, of Johnstown, Cambria County, was ordered to pay $758 in fines and costs and was placed on probation for one year for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Bryan Ritchey, 42, of Everett, Bedford County, was assessed $899.31 in fines and costs of prosecution and was placed on probation for one year for retail theft.

• Felicia Gonzalez, 27, of Twolick Road, Homer City, was ordered to pay $308 of court costs and was placed on probation for six months for unsworn falsification to authorities. One other charge was not prosecuted.

• Samuel Adams, 25, of Old Route 119, Homer City, was required to pay $488 in fines and court costs for contempt of court and for a violation of a protection-from-abuse order.

• Jessica Weber, 23, of Cresson, Cambria County, was removed from a term of probation without verdict and was ordered to serve one year on probation for a 2013 conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Cody Potts, 28, of North Fourth Street, Indiana, was removed from a term of parole he was serving for a 2011 conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Lisa Dispenza, 28, of Old Bridge, N.J., was removed from parole being served for a 2012 conviction for theft.

• Andre Hardy, 41, of Pittsburgh, was removed from parole being served for a 2009 conviction for theft.

• Howard Winkelman, 50, of Freedom, Beaver County, was removed from parole for a 2010 conviction for driving under the influence.

• William Lemmon, 50, of Saltsburg Avenue, White Township, was removed from the ARD program for a 2012 conviction on for DUI but was not immediately given a new sanction.
