EASTON (AP) — A woman charged with intentionally setting a devastating fire in northeastern Pennsylvania is slated to face trial in February.

The Express-Times reported Fallonn Craig, 31, of Easton, waived her preliminary hearing Tuesday. That means 29 charges she faces will be sent to Northampton County Court for trial, including arson, risking a catastrophe, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.

Police say Craig confessed to setting the fire at the Forks Township building on Oct. 22 after a fight with her boyfriend.

The fire gutted 11 apartments, six boarding rooms and the Mineral Springs Bar & Grill, causing more than $500,000 in damage. The 186-year-old landmark was demolished.

Defense attorney Christopher Shipman wouldn’t say if his client is negotiating a plea deal but said she’s cooperating with investigators.
