YORK (AP) — A homeless man has pleaded guilty to robbing a real estate agent at knifepoint after she showed him a home in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Gregory Knaub, 38, pleaded guilty Friday in York County Court to charges of unlawful restraint and robbery. West York police say Knaub threatened the woman with a knife as she got into her car after showing Knaub the home. When she told Knaub she didn’t have any money, he forced her to drive to an automatic teller machine to with draw some on May 21, 2012.

Police say the woman drove Knaub after the robbery, but was able to jump out of the car and run to safety.

Police found Knaub about an hour later hiding in Codorus Creek. Police say Knaub tried to remain underwater, but was seen coming up for air.
