Washington Township -- Burglary : Gary Smith, 32, of 457 Fairman Hollow Road, told state police at Indiana someone entered a trailer on his property and stole $800 worth of tools between 7:30 and 11 a.m. Thursday.



On Wednesday or Thursday, someone damaged two windows of a vehicle owned by James Frye and parked on his driveway along Cummins Road. A Craftsman chainsaw was stolen from the vehicle.

State police at Indiana said $300 damage was done to the vehicle and the chainsaw was valued at $275.

Criminal mischief

State police at Indiana said someone damaged all the windows and taillights of a disabled vehicle parked along Mountain View Road Feb. 16 or Sunday.

The vehicle had $825 damage.

Police said Robert Packer, whose address was not listed, was the victim of the criminal mischief.




Public drunkenness

Indiana police said they saw Joseph Markle, 20, of Worcester, urinating on the sidewalk along the first block of North Sixth Street at 12:08 a.m. Sunday. He was charged with public drunkenness, underage drinking and public urination, police said.


DUI arrest

Bridgett Fultz, 33, of Indiana, was charged with driving under the influence following a stop for a traffic violation on the first block of South Taylor Avenue at 2:22 a.m. Jan. 21, Indiana police said.
