Colin Bradshaw, 19, of Elkridge, Md., was cited by IUP police after officers responded to reports just before 8 p.m. on Sept. 12 of a naked man walking around the second floor of Northern Suites, according to reports.
According to police, Bradshaw had damaged a laptop, broken a window and was intoxicated.
He was charged with simple assault, reckless endangerment, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, harassment and two counts of criminal mischief.
IUP police cited Guyclauda Balan, 23, with public drunkenness after at 1:24 a.m. Sept. 15 in Delaney Hall. He was placed temporarily in the Indiana County Jail.

After responding to reports of a party on around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at a dorm room in Wallwork Hall, IUP police said they cited four students with underage drinking. Morgan C. Clark, 18, of West Chester; Elizabeth Bianchini, 19, of East Norton; Jacklyn Ingram, 18, of West Chester; and Tess Longenecker, 19, of Bel Air, Md., were cited with purchase of alcohol by a minor, police said.

Kaleen Hanslovan, 19, of DuBois, and Amanda Maddalena, 19, of Ridgway, were cited with public drunkenness and underage drinking after IUP police said they saw them staggering and struggling to hold each other upright. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 14 on Grant Street near Foster Hall, according to police.

Jayme Velez-Olson, 19, of Harrisburg, was cited with public drunkenness by IUP police after being found unresponsive at 11:05 p.m. Sept. 14 in a parking lot in the 1200 block of Maple Street, according to police.
She was admitted to Indiana Regional Medical Center for treatment, police said.
Justin Pitkavish, 23, of Penn Hills, was charged with possessing paraphernalia and a small amount of drugs after officers responded to a call about an odor of marijuana on the sixth floor of University Towers just before 10 p.m. Sept. 8, IUP police said.

Borough police charged Tyler Brown, 19, of Upper St. Clair, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to reports. He was stopped by an officer around 10 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 700 block of Maple Avenue, police said.

According to police, Justin Scott, 22, of Shelocta, was taken into custody after he was found parked inside a car with a marijuana cigarette just after midnight Sunday in the 500 block of Gompers Avenue. He was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
After a fight at 3:25 on Sept. 14 in the 700 block of Locust Street, James Hahn, 21, of Sheffield, and Jeremy Delp, 22, of Greensburg, were charged with disorderly conduct, police said. Hahn was also charged with harassment.
Feras Bakhraibah, 21, was cited with violating the borough noise ordinance on Sept. 13 after loud music and singing were reported coming from a Crimson Court apartment, according to borough police.
