Disorderly conduct

At 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 2, Van Skinner, 37, of Clarksburg, created a disturbance at 61 Williams Road, police allege.

State police at Indiana said Skinner banged on the front door of the residence of Clara Molnar, 78, spit on a window and drove his truck through her yard before leaving.

He was charged with disorderly conduct.

Cherryhill Township


State police reported someone cut a lock to get inside a fenced area at the site of an Indiana County 911 radio tower along Fire Tower Road and stole 18 copper ground wires worth $1,200 to $1,500 and took two copper ground bars valued at $260.

The bars and wires were stolen between Nov. 14 and Dec. 3, according to a report issued Saturday by troopers at Indiana.
