A vehicle parked along the first block of North Taylor Avenue was struck sometime between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Friday, according to borough police.
Borough police have charged Joshua Stitt, 21, of Saltsburg, with public drunkenness, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct. According to police, Stitt was walking down the middle of Philadelphia Street on Jan. 30, trying to hitchhike. He was found to be highly intoxicated and was in possession of stolen property, police said.

Christian James Pugh, 20, of Natrona Heights, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking following an incident Jan. 31, according to borough police. Police said they were summoned to a location along the 400 block of South Sixth Street, where they found Pugh. He was taken into custody, but tried to kick out the window of a police cruiser, police said.
State police said they have cited Jalil Dante Dill, 21, of Indiana, for harassment. According to police, Dill made numerous phone calls to Bob's Ats-A-My Pizza, 459 N. Fourth St., on Jan. 30.
Someone stole numerous road signs between Jan. 12 and 18, state police reported Friday.
No description of the signs was given.
