Indiana Borough police charged Dinar Galembush, 22, of Irwin, with driving under the influence and three summary traffic infractions in connection with a traffic accident at 12:18 a.m. Nov. 18 on the 700 block of Wayne Avenue.
Police filed the charges Feb. 26 in a criminal complaint at Indiana District Court. A hearing date has not been set.
Police at Indiana University of Pennsylvania reported Mariah Pape, 19, of Oakdale, Allegheny County, was detained at Indiana County Jail after her arrest at 2:48 a.m. Saturday in a parking lot at Keith Hall. Pape was cited with summary counts of underage drinking and public drunkenness.
• Campus police cited Francis Varallo Jr., 18, of Blackwood, N.J., on Monday with underage drinking and public drunkenness stemming from an investigation at 12:41 a.m. Friday in the Wallwork Hall dormitory.
• Erin Donaldson, 19, of Gettysburg, Adams County, was cited by IUP campus police with underage drinking and public drunkenness at 12:01 a.m. Saturday in the Oak Grove. Donaldson also was transported to Indiana Regional Medical Center for treatment of intoxication, according to a report.
• IUP police cited Yuli Fernandes, of Brazil, with underage drinking at 7:03 a.m. Sunday in the Stephenson Hall dormitory. Investigators reported Fernandes had passed out in a shower with the water running, allowing it to overflow.
Fernandes turns 21 today.
Campus investigators identified Pape, Varallo, Donaldson and Fernandes as IUP students.

Indiana Borough police cited Edward Bier, 19, of Philadelphia, with underage drinking and public drunkenness at 12:56 a.m. Sunday on South Carpenter Avenue between Philadelphia and Church streets.

Rodney Wagner, 18, of Dixonville, was cited with underage drinking by borough police on the 1000 block of Water Street at 1:44 a.m. Sunday.
Someone stole an unspecified number of antique pocket watches on Feb. 22 from David Evanick, of Homer City, at 4716 Route 119, state police at Indiana reported.
Fred Shumaker, of Dug Hill Road, reported to state police on Saturday that he was unable to locate a Ruger .380-caliber pistol in his residence since Feb. 12.
Troopers at Punxsutawney classified the report as a case of a lost or missing firearm, and asked anyone with information to contact the police.
Young Township, Jefferson County
A blue Freightliner Cascadia semi truck owned by Marten Transportation, of Mondovi, Wis., was stolen between 5 and 6 p.m. Tuesday from a parking area behind the Walmart store along Route 119, state police at Punxsutawney reported.
The words “Marten Transport” appear on the doors of the truck, according to police.
