Borough police cited Katie Seebohm, 22, of California, Washington County, with violation of the open container ordinance and scattering rubbish at 8:14 p.m. March 8, when officers said she discarded a wine bottle on the 200 block of South Seventh Street.
Seebohm pleaded guilty and was fined $564.50 court records show.

Two men found fighting at 8:29 p.m. March 7 in the 400 block of South Seventh Street were cited by Indiana Borough police.
Zachary Fridley, of Indiana, and Philip Weremeychik, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, were each cited with disorderly conduct; Fridley also was charged with public drunkenness.
Online court records show Fridley, 22, pleaded guilty to the charges and was ordered to pay $964.50 in fines and costs; Weremeychik pleaded guilty and paid fines and costs of $441.

Brendan Gardill, 19, of Mount Joy, Lancaster County, was cited with public drunkenness by state police at 4:20 p.m. March 8 on Wayne Avenue near Grant Street.
Indiana police are investigating the theft of four red plastic 5-gallon fuel cans, full of fuel, from a residence along the 800 block of Philadelphia Street.
Police said the cans and fuel were stolen Wednesday or Thursday.
Indiana police said Ernest Rivers, 22, and John Owens, 21, both of Pittsburgh, had marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia in their possession when they were in the 1300 block of Oakland Avenue on Nov. 16.
Police said felony arrest warrants were issued for both men on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were taken into custody without incident Friday and placed in the Indiana County Jail to await arraignment.
State police at Indiana said Jordan Hanau, 21, of Bethel Park, got into an argument with the staff at the Sheetz store along South Seventh Street at 7:10 p.m. March 8.
Troopers escorted him out of the store and told him to leave, but a few minutes later he returned and demanded to be paid a penny for his inconvenience.
He was cited for public drunkenness.

He was transported to Indiana Regional Medical Center due to his level of intoxication and was admitted to the hospital.

Officers found Anthony Oddo, 20, of Virginia Beach, intoxicated and arguing with people and causing a disturbance in the store’s parking lot.
He was arrested for underage drinking and public drunkenness.

Indiana police charged Marc Malloy, 20, of Pittsburgh, with underage drinking after he created a disturbance at the Sheetz store, 768 Wayne Ave., at 7:54 p.m. March 8.
Indiana police said Anthony Brajdic, 18, of North Versailles, had a marijuana smoking pipe in his possession at 11:57 p.m. March 4 along the 1000 block of Fleming Avenue.
He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Indiana police are investigating a hit-and-run traffic accident that happened between 6:45 and 8:15 p.m. Thursday along the first block of South Seventh Street.
Walter Henry, 28, of Homer City, was charged by state police with driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses following a traffic stop at 2:33 a.m. Feb. 22 on Camerons Road at Shortcut Road.
State police reported Harold Ruffner, of Black Lick, made threats at 11:35 a.m. March 5 to bring a pistol and damage the building at Lynn Haven Personal Care Home, 185, Grant St, where he is a resident.
Troopers charged Ruffner, 49, with disorderly conduct.
State police reported a Mahaffey man is suspected of writing a personal check for $1,508.16 on an account with insufficient funds for payment to H&H Supply on Jan. 3.
Police withheld the suspect’s name and reported no charges have been filed.
Tonya Huey, of 714 Vanderbilt St., Commodore, reported to state police that someone cut a lock on a shed at her residence between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday and stole 11 bags of aluminum cans and a pair of car ramps.

Josh Cornman, of Latrobe, reported to state police that a northbound vehicle sideswiped his southbound car at 2:45 p.m. Sunday on Route 981 near Harvat Road, and failed to stop at the scene.
Troopers at Kiski Valley gave no description of the hit-and-run vehicle or driver. No one was reported to be injured.
