Terroristic threat

State police at Indiana arrested Paul Zitzelman, 56, of Indiana, following an argument Friday with neighbors over a property line near Lions Health Camp Road.

Police said while Zitzelman was being taken into custody he resisted arrest.

He was charged with terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, public drunkenness and resisting arrest.

Police said the victim in the incident was James Karpik, of Penn Run.


Marijuana possession

David Barkley, 23, of Indiana, had marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia in his possession at 8:16 p.m. Jan. 9 along the 500 block of Water Street, according to Indiana police.

He was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.


Public drunkenness

Indiana police were called to the Sheetz at 380 Philadelphia St. at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday for a report of two males sleeping at a table. When officers arrived, they found David Lee, 36, of Rochester Mills, and Casey Spade, 35, of Punxsutawney, intoxicated. Spade was also wanted on a bench warrant in Jefferson County.

Lee and Spade were cited for public drunkenness and placed in the Indiana County Jail on a temporary detainer.

Marion Center


State police at Indiana cited Donna Hamil, 39, of Marion Center, with harassment following an argument at a residence at 507 Main St. at 12:30 p.m. July 5.

Police said Hamil threw a cellphone at her mother.

Brush Valley Township


State police at Indiana said Anthony Cramer, 23, of Indiana, and Michael Cramer, 42, of Blairsville, got into a physical altercation with each other in Brush Valley Township July 5.

Both were cited for harassment, police said.
