Tammy Firment, 51, of Glen Campbell, was charged Thursday by state police at Indiana with a second-degree misdemeanor count of retail theft.
Troopers reported that Firment attempted to leave Walmart at SouthTowne Plaza without paying for unspecified merchandise between 12:30 and 12:40 p.m. Monday.
Cheryl Price, 31, of East Berlin, Adams County, was found with unspecified drugs in her possession at 12:38 p.m. Aug. 15 when she visited State Correctional Institution Pine Grove, state police reported.
Price was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct in a complaint filed at Clymer District Court.

State police charged Robyn Dixon, 24, of Coatesville, Chester County, on Wednesday with possession of a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct, accusing her of carrying contraband onto the grounds of SCI Pine Grove when she visited the prison at 11:40 a.m. Aug. 16.
Charges were filed at Clymer District Court. A hearing date has not been scheduled.
Hunter Forman, 20, of Conemaugh, Cambria County, was cited by Indiana Borough police on Monday with a summary count of underage drinking at 1:22 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue.
Indiana Borough police charged that Lillienne Kane, 22, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, stole unspecified merchandise at 1:26 p.m. Sunday at Sheetz, 768 Wayne Ave.
Officers cited Kane on Tuesday with a summary count of retail theft.
Matthew Branfield, 32, of Stow, Ohio, was charged Wednesday by Indiana Borough police with driving under the influence and two summary traffic infractions stemming from a traffic stop at 2:03 a.m. that day on Oakland Avenue and Church Street.
Someone broke into and tried to steal money from a coin machine at Shelocta Car Wash along Route 422 at 8 p.m. Wednesday, state police at Indiana reported.
Pennsylvania license plate JKN-0419 was stolen from a vehicle on Blackbird Drive on Aug. 22 or 23, according to state police at Indiana.
Troopers withheld the name of the vehicle owner who reported the theft.
A suspect is under investigation for the reported theft of money and jewelry from Robin and Duane St. Antoine, of the Clarksburg area, on Aug. 21, state police reported.
Troopers did not publicly identify the subject of the investigation, and said charges have not yet been filed.
Branden Gromley, 24, of Glen Campbell, spent 15 days in Indiana County Jail this month while he awaited court action on charges stemming from a disturbance at 8 p.m. Aug. 11, court records show.
State police at Punxsutawney reported Thursday that Gromley was arrested and charged with assault following an altercation with Helen Gromley, 80, at 88 Schrader Ave.
Online court records show Branden Gromley was lodged at Indiana County Jail on Aug. 12 when he was unable to post $10,000 bond, then was released on unsecured bond Wednesday following his appearance for a preliminary hearing scheduled in Blairsville District Court.
Police withdrew the assault charge, court records show, and Gromley waived his right to a hearing on counts of resisting arrest, escape and harassment and opted to face adjudication in Indiana County Common Pleas Court.
Young Township, Jefferson County
Kristi Neal, 27, of Rossiter, was cited Tuesday by state police at Punxsutawney with two counts of harassment and one count of disorderly conduct, all summary offenses, stemming from a disturbance at 1:35 p.m. Aug. 19 at 587 Adrian Road.
According to police, Neal had been prohibited from visiting the residence, but returned and assaulted Derrick Shepler, 33, of Delancey, Jefferson County.
West Franklin Township, Armstrong County
Operators of Creekside Mushrooms told state police on Wednesday that someone entered the business along Moonlight Drive near Worthington and stole a golf cart.
Troopers gave no description of the cart or an estimate of the loss.
Someone caused $80 of damage to the left side door of a sport utility vehicle owned by Sherry Harkleroad, of Indiana, at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday while the vehicle was parked near West Jackson Street, state police reported.
