Suspect surrenders in fatal shooting
MUNHALL (AP) — One suspect has surrendered in the fatal shooting of a man in the parking lot of a Pittsburgh-area fast-food restaurant.
Police said there was heroin found inside and around the vehicle where Imani Porter, 20, was found shot about 8:10 p.m. Wednesday.
Family members said Porter was an uncle of Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa.
One suspect, a 17-year-old male, turned himself in on Thursday afternoon.
Police are still seeking a second man, authorities said.
Porter was parked in a Steak ‘n Shake parking lot in Munhall when he was shot. He died early Thursday at UPMC Mercy hospital in Pittsburgh.
Police said the suspects were sitting in the vehicle with Porter when the shooting occurred.
They got into another vehicle driven by a third man, who drove away.
