Heidi Miller, 26, of Blairsville, has been charged in a criminal complaint with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Indiana Borough police said on June 30 that at approximately 6:43 p.m., they stopped a vehicle driven by Miller in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street.
She was found to be in possession of heroin, cocaine, Suboxone and drug paraphernalia.
State police at Indiana are investigating a reported theft that occurred at the Giant Eagle in the 400 block of Ben Franklin Road July 5 around 2 a.m.
Trooper Andrew J. Wyandt said a 65-year-old Indiana woman left her wallet in a shopping cart, forgot about it and thought she had lost it.
After speaking with store management, Wyandt said it was determined the wallet had been taken by an unknown male who found it in the shopping cart after her departure.

State police at Indiana are investigating a theft that occurred at the Walmart along Oakland Avenue Wednesday at 11:45 a.m. Police said the suspect is an Indiana man, whom they did not identify.
Theft, terroristic threats
Austin Thomas Hopkins, 24, of Saltsburg, and Savanna Rose Gray, 23 of Latrobe, are facing charges after being accused of stealing money, as well as a cellphone, from a 20-year-old Saltsburg woman and a juvenile.
State police at Indiana said Gray distracted the victims while Hopkins took the items Sunday around 3 p.m. at a location in the 100 block of Main Street.
Trooper Jason A. Kinger said one of the victims confronted Hopkins, who picked up a rifle that was in the room and threatened the person.
Both suspects fled in an unknown direction. Hopkins has been charged in a criminal complaint filed through Blairsville Magisterial District Judge Jennifer J. Rega with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and terroristic threats. Gray is charged with theft by unlawful taking.
State police at Indiana are investigating an alleged theft that happened Saturday at 1:40 p.m. An Aultman woman told state police a dog was stolen from her house along West Third Street.
State police at Indiana said a 46-year-old man reported that someone entered his yard and stole a Craftsman Rototiller. The alleged theft took place sometime between June 27 and July 4.

A 64-year-old man reported a theft from a motor vehicle at his residence.

A Saltsburg man reported to state police at Indiana that items were stolen from his unlocked vehicle sometime either Saturday or Sunday. The man reported that someone got into his open vehicle and took the keys and an FM transmitter, The suspect fled in an unknown direction by unknown means, police said. The investigation is ongoing.

Aggravated assault by vehicle
Robert John Kuszajewski, 27, of Latrobe, is facing 10 counts after being accused of trying to strike a 26-year-old Latrobe man with his vehicle July 3 around 10 p.m.
Kuszajewski is facing two felony charges of aggravated assault and another for aggravated assault by vehicle, misdemeanors of terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person and four summaries.
He was arraigned Monday before Washington Township Magisterial District Judge Jason Buczak and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
Kuszajewski was released from the Westmoreland County Prison on $100,000 unsecured bond.
State police at Kiski Valley said a 13-year-old Loyalhanna male intentionally damaged the personal property of a 54-year-old Derry Township man Sunday around 6:30 p.m. Police said the teen threw a rock through the victim’s garage window in the 100 block of Loyalhanna Avenue, causing $20 in damage.
State police at Kiski Valley investigated an incident involving a 34-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman July 3 just after 7 p.m. Police said the unidentified man pushed the woman in their Derry Township house and left. Charges are pending against the man.
