State police cited John MacPherson, 20, of Pittsburgh, with underage drinking and public drunkenness at 2:34 a.m. Friday on Carter Avenue, according to a report.
Troopers found MacPherson knocking on the door of a stranger’s house and “causing an unnecessary annoyance,” according to the report.
State police charged Christian Marshall, 21, of Indiana, with carrying a firearm without a license and one summary traffic violation following a traffic stop April 13 on Diehl Road at Yellow Creek Road, court records show.
A hearing is set for June 10 before Judge Christopher Welch in Clymer District Court.
Julie Slater, 47, of Indiana, was charged with driving under the influence, highest rate, in a complaint filed Monday at Clymer District Court. The charge arises from a traffic stop at 9:23 p.m. March 10 on Franklin Street, according to a report.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 24.
Young Township, Jefferson County
Three customers passed counterfeit currency at 1:55 p.m. Nov. 20 at Walmart along Route 119, state police reported Friday.
According to a news release, state police at Erie arrested the suspects in connection with a similar incident. Troopers provided no other details and withheld the suspects’ names.
Burnside Township, Clearfield County
State police charged Ronald Bennett, of Westover, with driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude police, and six summary traffic infractions following a traffic stop at 10:14 p.m. Jan. 18 on Town Road at Ridge Road.
Troopers at Punxsutawney filed a complaint Tuesday before Judge James Glass in Houtzdale District Court. A hearing is set for May 22.
