An intruder stole a red TREK Marlin 5 bicycle between 7 and 10 p.m. Sunday from a house in the 400 block of South Sixth Street, according to Indiana Borough police. Officers withheld the name of the property owner who filed the report.
Borough police reported Tuesday that three people face charges for narcotics violations uncovered in June.
• Tammy Eiselman, 53, of Indiana, has been in the Indiana County Jail since her arrest on Aug. 1, when police charged her with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and one traffic violation.
Investigators uncovered the contraband at 4:27 p.m. June 14 during a traffic stop in the 500 block ofGompers Avenue, according to a report.
On-call District Judge Susanne Steffee set bond at $50,000. A hearing is set for Thursday before District Judge Guy Haberl in Indiana.
• A 20-year-old Indiana man was found carrying a supply of Adderall, a stimulant used for treatment of attention deficit hyperactive disorder, which had not been prescribed for him June 22 in the 400 block of South Seventh Street, police said. A drug possession charge could not be confirmed this morning.
• A 22-year-old man from Cherry Hill, N.J., was caught twice with large amounts of marijuana, on June 2 and June 19, and had supplies of cocaine and unspecified pills with him on June 2, according to reports.
Online court records don’t reflect charges against the suspect.
State police reported that somebody slashed the tires of cars owned by Christina Franks and Brenda Darr between 11:30 p.m. Aug. 5 and 6:15 a.m. Aug. 6 while the cars were parked at 156 11th St. in Lucernemines.
Porter Township, Jefferson County
A 29-year-old man told state police that someone forced entry to his home along Lost Hill Road between 5:30 p.m. Saturday and 5:30 p.m. Monday.
Troopers from Punxsutawney estimated that a door and frame sustained $200 of damage.
