MAHAFFEY — A Curwensville woman was killed Wednesday afternoon in a one-vehicle crash on U.S. Route 219 four miles east of Mahaffey in Greenwood Township, Clearfield County.

State police at Troop C, Clearfield, said Lisa R. Collar, 44, had her seat belt on behind her when her vehicle went off the roadway just west of McCracken Lane, struck an embankment and then struck a tree.
